Our facilities are available at a low cost to community groups, providing them with a high quality environment in which to meet, train, hold support groups and other various activities. This facility is also open for hire to the statutory and private sector.
Community Hall
The community hall accommodates up to 100 delegates, but has also proved very popular with smaller groups. The seating can be arranged as required and tables can be provided.
Training Room
The training room provides a more intimate atmosphere for smaller meetings or training sessions for up to 12 people. Flip charts, overhead projector, television screen with video and power point facilities are available upon request.
The IT Suite
The IT Suite houses 12 computers with internet access and is ideal for IT training. Please let us know if you would like more details about the software capabilities of the Suite.
Enterprise Zone
We have a brand new Enterprise Zone which provides a dedicated workspace for start-up businesses. Desk space can be hired for short periods

- applies to any non-profit making, voluntary or charitable organisation or any person living within the Old Town Area of Leamington Spa.
- Statutory Rate
- applies to any public organisation/training providers e.g. WDC, WCC, SWPCT etc.
- Commercial Rate
- applies to any private business/company or any profit making organisation.
- Equipment Hire
- LCD Projector £10 per day/£5 for half a day
- Laptop £10 per day/£5 for half a day.

The hire of desk space includes the use of a desktop computer with internet access and Microsoft Office 2007 software. There is an extra charge for printing and/or photocopying.
